FAQ
Sponsorship
Do I need a Sponsor in order to register for a course?
Most states have a Proprietary, Career School or Trade School Act that defines the type of institutions that can offer post-secondary training and education. Through our operations at our two (2) campuses in Texas and Pennsylvania, we have sought exemption to regulation respective to each states guidelines. At Vale, enrollment is open to all individuals, regardless of sex, race, age or religion, but enrollment may be subject to sponsorship requirements based on the location or the type of the course. A sponsor is a qualified business or governmental entity that agrees to financial responsibility for the tuition and lodging of the student. To determine whether or not sponsorship is required, please see the following state specific requirements. In Texas, Chapter 132 of the Texas Education Code requires that almost all types of training be regulated. There are some exceptions to this requirement of regulation and these are known as exemptions. Vale is exempt in Texas under Section 132.002(a) (7) of the Texas Education Code. Sponsorship is not required for any Vale instructor led course that is approved for Continuing Education (CE) by the Texas Department of Insurance. Please reference the Vale Classroom section of our website, and click on the desired course. You may then click on the Course Info tab to determine if the course is approved for CE in Texas. If the course is not approved for CE in Texas, then a sponsor is required. If the course is approved for CE in Texas, then you may act as your own sponsor. In Pennsylvania, Chapter 22 of the Pennsylvania Code requires that almost all types of training be regulated. There are some exceptions to this requirement of regulation and these are known as exemptions. Vale is exempt in Pennsylvania under Section 73.42 of the Pennsylvania Code. Sponsorship is required for all Vale instructor led courses taken at our Pennsylvania campus.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?
At Vale Training Solutions, we strive to conduct every scheduled course.
