Students should plan to arrive at their lodging choice after 3:00pm the day before class begins. Return arrangements should be made for 1:00pm or later on the last day of class, unless attending the Tractor-Trailer course, then plan departure after 2:00pm. Seminars and one-day classes may have different dismissal times, which will be stated in the confirmation email.

Vale has arranged single occupancy lodging at leaing hotels conveniently located near each Vale campus. This rate includes tax and many other amenities commonly offered to business travelers. In order to obtain these preferred rates, hotel program reward points, miles, or other credits are not awarded to our students or to Vale by our lodging providers.

Lodging arrangements must be made through Vale in order to get theses special rates. Rooms are reserved beginning the day prior to course start date.
