Frequently asked questions

• Does Vale offer financing?

  We do not have a “financing” program. However, you are able to make separate payments. We ask for 25% of tuition at registration and the rest is due when the course starts. Several students have signed up for a course 3 months or so in advance and use that time to pay for the course in full.

• Does Vale offer job placement?

  Vale does not have a job placement program in place.  This is mostly due to the large percentage of students already hired with the company that sends them to Vale for training.

• What time does class start?

  Virtual classes, start at 10:AM CT on day-one and then the instructor will advise future start times for the remainder of the program.

  Live classes delivered at our facility start promptly at 8:30AM CT.

• What are Vale Training travel recommendations?

  Flights: When making flight preparations you can fly into DFW International Airport.  Vale recommends arriving the day before your course starts. For departure times, class will end on the last Friday by noon.  You can book your return flight for any time after 2pm.

• Is there any course preparation?

  If your course requires pre-work, you will receive an email with your registration that will provide detailed directions on pre-work.  

  If you do not receive that email, it is safe to assume there is no pre-work required.
