Vale Consulting Services (VCS) specializes in leakage analysis audits on property, casualty, workers compensation and litigation management files. 

Taking it beyond the average file audit, conducting pre- &/or post-settlement reviews, VCS provides an analysis that addresses the root causes of the leakage and presents a strategic plan with constructive recommendations and best practices that will improve the claims process to ensure fair indemnification and minimize variance by addressing Accuracy; Efficiency; Proficiency; Thoroughness; and Precision in the claims process.   

In Property, we review, interpret, and consult with you on your policies, file documentation, estimating guidelines and procedures, among other variables, implementing our 25-point best practice review methodology with regard to your work-product.  Our pledge to you is to return pre-settlement reviews by the start of the third business day and on post settlement reviews to deliver an assessment and report within five business days.
