Assessment inquiries

How do you know when an adjuster’s or estimator’s skills are optimized to ensure they understand and can apply the information correctly to an estimate? Vale has developed assessments designed to make that determination. The results can validate readiness or highlight learning gaps and define a path to improve proficiency.

Our Methodology

The adjuster/estimator receives a link to access the confidential assessment, which includes Yes/No, True/False or multiple choice questions. This assessment covers the important concepts of the subject matter in question. We have assessments that cover Auto, Residential Policy (HO3), Residential and Commercial Property. It takes approximately 90 minutes to complete an assessment.

Results

A skills report with recommendations will be developed. The report will measure each individual student and class cohort across the areas in question and include recommendations to help close any identified skills gaps.
